House point system
Here at St Mary's we have a House system with 3 Houses:
-
Green Woodpecker
-
Red Robin
-
Yellow Goldfinch
Staff can award House Points to pupils throughout the school term. These can be earned in a variety of ways, for example, excellent work or acts of kindness and the Headteacher announces the totals each week in our Friday assembly.

Pupil Faith Team
Our pupil faith team ensure that our Christian vision are clear throughout the school. Collectively, the team are responsible for monitoring classroom sacred spaces, evaluating Worship, planning and leading worship and helping to develop our outside sacred space.
Digital Leaders
Digital leaders look after the school’s hardware (iPads and Laptops) and help to tidy the hardware away, set up the technology in our hall ready for worship.
This year, the team will be working hard to help all of the children in school understand how to keep themselves safe online.
Play Leaders
The job of a play leader is to help encourage all of the children in school to take part in daily activity. You will help to organise and lead organised games at breaks and lunchtimes, keep the play equipment in a tidy order and organise the entire school in taking part in The Golden Mile. You need to be prepared to give up some of your own time if you want to do this role.
